Learn to Meditate in Half a Day FlyerMeditation is an effective tool to combat stress, depression, anxiety and other negative states of mind.

Through meditating we can develop a habit of thinking positively, which leads to the experience of a more relaxed mind.

In this half day course, the basics of meditation are clearly explained, including how to establish and maintain a practice. The emphasis is on how meditation applies to every aspect of daily life – such as our health, work and relationships.

The course is suitable for complete beginners to those with many years of experience. No special clothes are needed, just wear something comfortable. We sit on chairs but if you prefer you are welcome to sit on a cushion on the floor. Books and meditation CDs will also be available for purchase to help you continue your practice when you leave.
