Through meditating we can develop a habit of thinking positively, which leads to the experience of a more relaxed mind. In this half day course the basics of meditation are clearly explained, including how to establish and maintain a practice. Discover simple, practical instructions on how to improve your inner peace.

The course is suitable for anyone from complete beginners to those with many years of experience. No special clothes are needed, just wear something comfortable. We sit on chairs, but if you prefer you are welcome to sit on a cushion on the floor. Books and meditation CDs are also available for purchase. Everyone welcome – bring a friend!
