Help to overcome morning worry and anxiety by starting each day with a 15 – 20 minute guided meditation. No matter how busy your mind, a short meditation can train you to be more peaceful and relaxed, even in difficult circumstances.
Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, these morning sessions will begin with a breathing meditation to settle your mind and then help you to set a positive intention for the rest of your day!
