A relaxed afternoon of guided meditations and talks explaining in simple and practical terms the practices of meditation and mindfulness and how they can be applied in everyday life to overcome stress and anxiety.
Gen Chitta has been a student of Tibetan Buddhist master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for 15 years, practicing meditation and Buddhism since her early twenties. Her teaching style is gentle, informal and relaxing, and hundreds of people enjoy her meditation classes across Northern Ireland each week.
