In this half-day retreat you will enjoy 4 guided meditations and two inspiring talks on how to let go of stress and approach life with a lighter, more relaxed mind.
Rebecca will share practical methods to help reduce tension, ease worry, and cultivate a calm, spacious outlook so you can live with greater clarity and peace.
Everyone is welcome. Retreat is suitable to those new to meditation as well as experienced practitioners. No special clothes are required and seating is provided in chairs and meditation cushions.
