A meditation class, using ancient Buddhist wisdom and meditation techniques, presented for modern people.
Each class includes a guided breathing meditation, a short inspirational talk and final positive affirmation meditation.
Seating is in chairs, distanced from each other. Face coverings are required when entering and leaving the session. Everyone is welcome.
