Booking Information & Options

Please note that any place including accommodation and/or meals must be booked by 22nd January. The venue requires final confirmation of residential and catering numbers by this date.

If a booking including accommodation or meals is made after 22nd January, it will be subject to availability. If the venue is unable to accommodate your booking, a full refund will be issued.

Residential Options & Payment

Residential options can be paid either in full at the time of booking, or by paying a deposit with the remaining balance due later.

Room options (All Inclusive):

  • Single Ensuite – £280
  • Twin Ensuite for Two People – £500
  • Double Ensuite for Two People – £500

Deposit option:
Deposits are 25% of the total cost, based on your chosen room type. In line with the venue’s terms and conditions, deposits become non-refundable after 22nd January. The remaining balance must be paid in full by 2nd February.

  • Twin Ensuite for Two People – £125
  • Double Ensuite for Two People – £125
