In person and live online for members

Uncertainty is a natural part of life, yet it can easily lead to anxiety, worry, and a sense of instability. In this Afternoon Meditation Retreat, you’ll learn how to relate to uncertainty in a calmer, more confident way.

Through guided meditations and practical Buddhist teachings, you’ll discover how to steady your mind, reduce fear of the unknown, and develop inner resilience. Rather than trying to control everything around you, you’ll learn how to find peace and clarity from within—no matter what’s happening externally.
