Letting go of Anxiety. Two Day Winter Meditation Retreat with Gen Kelsang Chitta

8 one hour sessions 10am, 12pm, 3pm, 5pm

Today it seems as if we live in an Age of Change and Anxiety.

Many of us suffer feelings of anxiety and fear or feel overwhelmed by the demands and stress of everyday life.

In this two day retreat we will explore meditation methods and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us let go of our stressed and anxious minds and become fearless in the face of adversity.

Suitable for all levels of experience. Chairs provided. Bring your own mat and cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor. No special clothing is required. Seating is spaced at a 1m distance and we follow every measure to create a safe and peaceful environment for you to relax and connect to your inner peace.

Each session included relaxation meditation, chanted prayers, a talk and guided meditation specific to that session. Each session is different. We recommend attending all sessions, but if this is not possible to start from the beginning and attend as many as you can.
