Arya Tara is a Buddha who is a manifestation of the wind element of all the Buddhas. Since the wind element is the nature of movement Arya Tara is very swift in helping and protecting.

Arya Tara is an embodiment of fearless enlightened wisdom. Tara means ‘liberator’ in that she liberates all beings from all fear and suffering.

This empowerment is a blissful guided meditation through which we make a deep connection with Tara’s enlightened mind.

Through receiving her powerful blessings we can swiftly actualize our own potential for fearless wisdom and compassionate action.

After the empowerment, Gen Chitta will give commentary to Tara’s practice called “Liberation from Sorrow.”

By relying on Tara with sincere faith, she will protect us from all internal and external dangers and fulfill all our wishes. She will provide us with all the conditions we need for our spiritual training, and guide and inspire us with her blessings as we progress along the spiritual path.

She will care for us throughout this life and all our future lives.

This empowerment is an opportunity to make a strong connection with Arya Tara and receive her powerful blessings.

THE TEACHER

Guiding the sessions will be Buddhist nun Gen Chitta, a student of Buddhist master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, she can offer gentle guidance and the clear wisdom of ancient Buddhist practice in a way that’s suitable for everyone of any age, background or belief.

THE LOCATION
