Many people suffer from feelings of anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life.
In this morning meditation Ian McGlade will explore techniques and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us to let go of overwhelming feelings and emotions, and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively.
Two sessions of guided meditations and talks based on Freedom from Stress and Overwhelm.

Everyone is welcome, beginners and experienced meditators alike. No special clothes are required and seating is provided in chairs and meditation cushions.
