Death is an inevitable aspect of life however, in our society, death and dying are perceived as taboo. As negative topics of conversation that are shrouded in fear, confusion and suffering.
Buddhism offers a completely different perspective based on a profound understanding of the process of dying and the meaning.
We can understand with a daily awareness of our mortality we can truly embrace life and extract the essence of the meaning of life.
