Everyone is warmly welcome to attend this weekend festival of meditation, inspiration and inner peace, with internationally renowned Kadampa Buddhist teacher, Kadam Bridget Heyes and other Kadampa teachers.

ABOUT THE WEEKEND

A life well lived is what we all strive for. However, a long life of ever increasing inner peace, happiness, positive energy and good fortune is what, in our heart of hearts, we all long for. Over this unique weekend event – through teachings and guided meditations – discover how this is possible for all of us.

The weekend will also include a unique opportunity to receive a special blessing empowerment (a deeply relaxing guided meditation) – guided by Kadam Bridget – whereby we have the opportunity to make a connection with the inspiration of Buddha Amitayus, the Buddha of long life, wisdom and good fortune.

We will learn a special meditation practice associated with Buddha Amitayus, through which we can continually grow our wisdom – that guides our life in the direction of deep peace of mind and happiness – as well as naturally increase our life span, positive energy, good fortune and capacity to be of benefit to others.
