Through guided meditations and practical teachings from ancient buddhist wisdom we can learn the methods to connect to others with this good heart. We will discover that all we have to change is how we view others.
Love and compassion is pure medicine for the mind.
This retreat is open to everyone including complete beginners to meditation. Attendees will be able to use the practices in everyday life.
Your Retreat Guide Ian McGlade, with years of retreat and teaching experience, has the skill of sharing ancient and profound Buddhist Meditations and practices with humour and a light touch, making them easy to understand and practice.
