Enjoy a unique weekend of relaxation, meditation and inspiration with internationally renowned Kadampa Buddhist teacher, Kadam Bridget Heyes. This year’s Irish Dharma celebration – open to everyone via online livestream – will include teachings and guided meditations on how we can all live with ever increasing loving kindness, inner peace and happiness in everyday life.
We will also receive the blessing empowerment, and commentary to the meditation practice, of Buddha Maitreya, the Buddha of loving kindness. The empowerment is a deeply peaceful guided meditation, that helps us make a heartfelt connection with enlightenment, and awaken our inner potential for loving kindness, deep peace and happiness.
Kadam Bridget Heyes will give the empowerment and teachings on Saturday and Sunday. The Friday introduction will be taught by Kadam Adam Starr (Resident teacher, Tara KMC, Dublin), and the guided morning meditations will be led by Gen Kelsang Chitta (Resident teacher, KMC Belfast).
