Gen Chitta will also give instructions on how to practice mantra recitation and Guru Yoga, a special meditation practice that functions to connect us to the blessings and inspiration of our lineage.
About the teacher
Gen Chitta is a Kadampa Buddhist Nun and Meditation teacher of many years practice and experience. Her retreats are immensely enjoyed by people throughout the country, beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
About the venue
A wonderfully peaceful space just off the Lisburn Rd with its own free car park. There will be a 30min break in the middle of the retreat during which there will be hot drinks and snacks available and a peaceful garden and meditation room to in which to relax. Seating is provided in chairs but you are welcome to bring a mat and cushion if you prefer to sit cross legged on the floor.
