At our Stress Less afternoon retreat, you’ll be guided through simple meditations and learn practical ways to work with stress, overthinking, and emotional pressure. A calm, welcoming space to breathe, reflect, and leave feeling lighter.

Gen Chitta is a Buddhist Nun with many years of experience teaching meditation and modern Buddhist wisdom. Known for her warm, clear, and practical approach, she helps people apply meditation effectively in everyday life.
A perfect opportunity to pause, reset, and learn tools you can use in daily life. Everyone welcome. No special clothing or equipment required. A selection of both chairs and meditations cushions will be available. Located just 18min walk from Grand Central Station, and has ample free on street parking outside.
