Volunteer with Kadampa Meditation Centre and Make a Meaningful Contribution.

Kadampa Meditation Centre in Belfast and Lamrim Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Derry / Londonderry are entirely volunteer run, charitable organisations dedicated to bringing inner peace and practical wisdom to modern life.

Volunteering with us is more than just lending a hand, it is a chance to be part of a community that values kindness, personal growth, and meaningful service.

Whether you have just an hour a week or a few days a month, your time can make a real positive difference. No prior experience or training is necessary; we welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and offer simple guidance where needed.

There are many ways to get involved, from helping prepare for classes, greeting visitors, supporting admin, assisting in our popular shop, or maintaining the centre’s peaceful environment. Whatever your interests or skills, we will find a place for you.

Volunteering with us is a rewarding opportunity to:

  • Contribute to the flourishing of a meaningful spiritual project
  • Meet like minded people in a peaceful and positive setting
  • Develop mindfulness, patience, and joyful effort through service
  • Deepen your connection with the Centre’s teachings and community
